Contracting conditions

You buy personal access to a digital self-guided roadbook. You are not buying a guided trip, a package holiday, a guide, transport, accommodation, reservations or physical assistance on the road. The price, the route, the start date and the access period that apply are shown before you pay.
1. The seller and contact
Seller: Enrique Franco Guillén, a self-employed professional (trabajador autónomo), tax identification number 52724973A, with professional address at Av. Campanar 31, 9.ª, 46009 Valencia, Spain.

2. What the contract covers
We supply digital content and features so you can ride a motorcycle route on your own: ordered days, stages, places, stops, practical recommendations and mobile access through a personal link. The specific features of each roadbook, its price and its access period appear on its product page and form part of the contract.
The format is self-guided. There is no in-person accompaniment and no guide leading the route.
3. What is not included
- Transport of people, motorcycles or luggage.
- Accommodation, meals, tickets, fuel, tolls or reservations.
- A guide, an organised group, physical assistance or an in-person schedule.
- Travel insurance, vehicle insurance, mechanical or medical assistance.
The purchase is not a package holiday or a linked travel arrangement: we do not contract or combine those services on behalf of the buyer.
4. Who can buy and what you need
Any adult with the capacity to enter into a contract may buy. To use the roadbook you need a compatible device, an up-to-date browser, an internet connection to load or update content and a working email address. The buyer is responsible for holding the driving licence, the suitable vehicle, the documents, the insurance and the equipment required by the applicable rules.
5. How the purchase works
- Choose the roadbook and review its features, price and duration.
- Enter your name, email address, telephone number and start date within the period shown.
- Correct any mistake before submitting the form.
- Accept these conditions and, separately, request immediate digital supply with knowledge of its effect on the right of withdrawal.
- Press the button that states the payment obligation and complete the secure payment with the provider.
- Receive the confirmation and the personal link once the provider confirms the payment.
The contract is entered into in English. We keep the essential data of the order, the version of the conditions accepted and the time of the acceptances. The buyer receives the confirmation by email and may ask for a copy by writing to info@roadsunleashed.com.
6. Price, taxes and payment
The total price, taxes included, is shown in euros before the order is placed. There are no shipping costs. Payment is a single charge, with no automatic renewal, through the gateway indicated on the page. We neither receive nor store the complete card details.
The order is only considered paid when the gateway confirms it through a verifiable channel. If the payment fails or remains pending, access is not granted until it is confirmed.
7. Delivery, start and duration
Once the payment is confirmed a personal link is sent. The ordinary period of use begins on the date chosen during the purchase. The currently published offers allow a start date within the following twelve months and give one month of access; the specific data shown on the product page before payment always prevails.
Where the total length of the route exceptionally exceeds the ordinary window, access may be kept until its days are completed as stated in the offer. There is no renewal and no recurring charge.
8. Personal link and licence of use
Access is personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable. The link may not be shared publicly, the access may not be resold, the content may not be systematically extracted and the roadbook may not be reproduced or distributed outside the authorised private use. Where there is a proven risk to the security of the access, we may replace the link without reducing the contracted period.
9. Use on the road and updating of the information
The roadbook is a planning and reference aid. It does not replace signs, the instructions of the authorities, the judgement of the rider or official real-time information. Roadworks, closures, weather, traffic, opening times and access conditions can change. You must check the current conditions and adapt or stop the route whenever safety requires it.
These provisions do not exclude or limit the legal rights of the consumer, nor the liability that legally applies for defective or non-conforming content.
10. Right of withdrawal and immediate supply
As a general rule, the consumer has fourteen calendar days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw. However, the checkout separately asks for prior consent for the supply of the digital content to begin once the payment is confirmed, and for the acknowledgement that, once it has begun, the right of withdrawal is lost on the terms provided by law.
The exception only applies when every legal requirement is met. If the supply has not begun, or that acceptance was not properly obtained, the consumer keeps the rights of withdrawal that apply.

11. Conformity and support
We are responsible for any lack of conformity of the digital content or service under consumer law. The consumer may ask for the content to be brought into conformity free of charge and, where legally appropriate, for a price reduction or the termination of the contract. Report any problem to info@roadsunleashed.com, stating the product and a sufficient description of the issue, without sending passwords or card details.
12. Changes and availability
During the access period we may make the updates needed to keep the content secure, correct mistakes, reflect route changes or preserve conformity. They carry no additional cost. Any change that goes beyond what is necessary will be made only for a valid reason, will be communicated clearly where appropriate and will respect the legal rights of the consumer.
13. Complaints
Complaints may be sent to info@roadsunleashed.com or to the address above. They will be answered within the applicable legal period. The consumer may also turn to the public consumer services or to the out-of-court mechanisms that are available. We do not currently declare adherence to any specific arbitration board.
14. Personal data
The data of the purchase is processed to manage the order, the payment, the access, support and the legal obligations. The privacy policy and the cookie policy of this site explain the processing, its legal basis, the recipients and how to exercise your rights.
15. Intellectual property
The texts, the selection of routes, the structure, the design, the images and the other content are protected by intellectual property law or are used with authorisation. The purchase grants only the personal licence described in these conditions.
16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The contract is governed by Spanish law, without depriving the consumer of the mandatory protection that applies. For any dispute, the courts determined by consumer law have jurisdiction; no clause forces the consumer to waive the forum of their own domicile where that is legally applicable.
17. Validity
The version shown and accepted during the purchase applies. Future changes will not retroactively alter an order that has already been placed. We keep the traceability of the versions that are replaced.
